Project Complete. We have just finished up on our

Project Complete.
We have just finished up on our Gym fit out in Hornsby for one of our first clients and good friend Ross.
Starting the job as a bare 780m2 factory, we have built 3 shower rooms, 3 WC’s, accessible bathroom, small office area, staff kitchen area, Av room and a reformer Pilates studio.
With the highest quality gym gear being supplied by techno gym, I would one hundred percent go check it out if you’re in and around the Hornsby area.

Great action shots from @west_end_creative as we prep for the roof framing. Using a steel beam for the ridge always makes it interesting building the roof.
Main reason for this is in the front family room and office and we have tall cathedral ceilings with the ridge having to cantilever 1.2m.
Exciting things happening as we are pushing to get the roof on as soon as possible. Stay tuned for more progress.

Our Anna Bay project came to a completion earlier

Our Anna Bay project came to a completion earlier on this year. Project consisted of a Full exterior makeover with hiding all the brickwork with Jamie’s Hardie linea cladding, new aluminium doors and windows throughout, 2 new external decks with balustrades and a set of hardwood stairs at the rear. We also removed some internal walls on the ground floor and open up the space and laid a new hybrid floor. Being so close to the saltwater, we had to use stainless steel fittings and fixings throughout.
The transformation of this place has been huge. Scroll through for before photos and a previous post of what it looked liked.
Shout out to Jamie, Ryan and Noah who controlled and steadied the Sydney load of work while I was away and Tom for committing to working away from home
Also, the legends at @grtbuildingsupplies for supplying materials for the job.

Killara project complete. In the last months of

Killara project complete.

In the last months of 2023 we completed a new pool pavillion in Killara. A great add on to a pool area that now provides a spacious entertaining area where you can keep the drinks cold, watch some sport while enjoying a nice swim and even spend the night.
We are stoked with how all the finishes turned out and big thanks to all our sub contractors for providing their excellence in their relative trades.
